Chris Rachal is the Hawaii MBDA Business Center Director and specializes in Business Analysis, Market Access, Capital Access and International Export in South East Asia.

Skilled in assessing and identifying Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats to a business and building on the strengths creating a system to minimize weaknesses, capitalizing on opportunities and eliminating threats.
